Better naps start with better gear.

We dig through the sleep masks, travel pillows, and white noise machines worth your money — and tell you straight which ones aren't. No filler, no paid placements.

How we pick things

Short version: we read everything so you don't have to. Long version:

1

We compare the specs that matter. Not marketing specs — the ones that decide whether you'll actually sleep: light seal, noise masking, neck support, battery life.

2

We read thousands of verified buyer reviews and look for patterns, not outliers. If forty people mention the same strap problem, it goes in the cons.

3

We check what professional testers found — then we tell you where we agree and where we don't. When we get products in our own hands, pages get updated and dated.

NapFellow is reader-supported. When you buy through links on our site, we may earn a commission — it never changes what we recommend. Full disclosure.

Napping is a skill. Gear is the shortcut.

Twenty minutes at the right time beats two hours at the wrong time. Our guide covers the science without the lecture.

Quick answers

What is NapFellow?

An independent review site focused on one thing: the gear that makes naps better. Sleep masks, travel pillows, white noise machines — the small stuff with an outsized effect on your rest.

Do you actually test the products?

We're building our hands-on testing program now. Until a product has been in our hands, our picks come from deep research: spec comparisons, verified buyer review patterns, and professional test results. Every page shows its last update date, and pages get revised when we test something ourselves.

How do you make money?

Affiliate commissions. If you buy through a link on this site, the retailer pays us a small cut at no extra cost to you. It doesn't influence rankings — we'd rather lose a commission than recommend something mediocre.

What's the single best nap upgrade?

A decent sleep mask. It's ten dollars, it works everywhere — bright bedrooms, planes, offices — and light is the number one thing ruining your naps. Start there.
